Nintendo Streaming Pre-E3 Direction Presentation Tomorrow

Nintendo has announced that they are streaming a direct presentation tomorrow. This will be shown tomorrow night at 6:00pm EDT/11:00pm UK. Satoru Iwata promised new Wii U information to be revealed during the stream. This will be shown presentation will be shown HERE

The Results For This Week’s Question Of The Week: ‘Favorite Nintendo Franchise’

With a total of over 60 people participating in this poll, here are the results for this week’s question of the week. As you can see a lot of participants voted for Legend of Zelda with Pokemon trailing behind.

I was actually not very surprised that Legend of Zelda came out on top because it truly is an amazing series but I grew up with Mario so I can see why this was hard for some of you. I think we can all agree that Nintendo is beast when it comes to their 1st party games because each game of theirs is uqiune in their own way.

Castlevania Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate Coming To Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo power has recently unveiled that a new Castlevaina game is confirmed for Nintendo 3DS called Castle. They also have shared a few details about the game as well: 

• Deep combat mechanics
• Involves Trevor Belmont
• Fight with Trevor’s version of the Combat Cross
• Strong attacks with X
• Wider-reaching attacks with Y
• Secondary weapons like the boomerang-like glaive and electric bomb
• Use these with A
• Grab enemies with R
• Block and dodge with L
• Involves light and shadow magic returns
• Earn experience points to unlock new combos
• These include launching foes into the air, smashing enemies down to the ground and more
• Includes skeletons, axe-wielding undead and more

I never played any of the Castlevania games but this might be a great opportunity to start :D

Nintendo Details Their E3 2012 Coverage

For those of you who are not attending to this years E3 event, Nintendo has announced that they will provide online streaming so that people at home can sit back and watch the Nintendo’s live E3 press conference. Here are times that will start in your region: 

• Pacific - 9am
• Eastern - 12pm
• United Kingdom - 5pm
• Central European Time - 6pm
• Canberra, Australia - 2am Wednesday 

If you live in the U.S. you can watch the show live and ad-free on either Spike or MTV2. Not only that but there will be an abundance of videos posted on Nintendo’s YouTube channel and multiple posts/tweets from their Twitter & Facebook.

“We don’t want anyone to miss the energy and excitement of this year’s E3 Expo,” said Cindy Gordon, Nintendo of America’s vice president of Corporate Affairs. “By offering different ways to tune in and follow all the Nintendo news, we aim to make fans all over the world feel like they’re right there with us at the show.”

The Results For This Week’s Question of The Week: “What is your favorite Legend of Zelda Video Game?”

It was a tie between The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time & The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask with Wind Waker coming up at a close second. In my opinion they all seem to be great games, even the ones i didn’t play, I read a ton of great reviews on the game such as A Link To The Past.
